If tracking shows no delivery after 60 days (45 days for U.S., 110 days for Brazil), we’ll refund or resend.

Delivered but missing? A post office non-delivery certificate is required for a refund.
❌ No Address Changes After 24 Hours

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify it once processed.
