Order Processing & Payment

 Payment Verification:

  • Orders are processed only after payment approval, which may take 1–3 business days.

  • For fraud prevention, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

 Order Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.


Shipping Timeline

🛒 Processing Time:

  • 2–5 business days (may extend to 10 days during holidays or high demand).

  • No changes (including address updates) can be made once processing begins.

📦 Shipping Days:

  • We ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Time:

  • 7–14 business days (varies by location). Delays may occur due to:

    • Customs clearance

    • Weather disruptions

    • Carrier delays


Tracking & Delivery Issues

🔍 Tracking Updates:

  • Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to activate.

  • No updates after 5 days? Contact us: minicost.shop@gmail.com.

 Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • If marked "delivered" but not received:

    1. Contact the carrier to file a claim.

    2. Escalate to us if unresolved.

 Wrong Address?

  • Double-check your address at checkout! We cannot modify it post-purchase.
